A brand new bathroom was created by opening up the space and creating a spacious bathroom with a modern featured wall, and a splash of colour with a statement floor for added warmth.

The brief for this home was to brighten and freshen the tired interiors, after raising their family the dynamics of the home had changed. It was now time for our clients to give their home a lift and make it comfortable for them to enjoy again. Being mindful of a throwaway society our client wanted to keep their furniture, we selected stain resistant fabrics from our design studio to reupholster sofas, chairs, and footstools, with complementary cushions and bespoke curtain poles and made to measure curtains. We also upcycled old dark wood fitted wardrobes and furniture with a pop of colour to make new, while keeping the character and the treasured possessions of their home.

A colour consultation was carried out at the client’s home, to find the perfect colour combinations. The colour scheme of paint colours, wallpaper and fabrics reflected the clients fun personality throughout various rooms in the house. We layered luxurious and textured fabrics for a rich and cosy finish. We compiled a shopping list of links for the client to purchase lighting, rugs and furniture to complete the look within their time frame.
